Our staff
Anna has spent the past eight years working in South Sudan. She has built a wide network within the NGO and private sectors in the country, and is knowledgeable on establishing and running organizations. Anna has worked in HR within national and international organizations in South Sudan and has experience with an international development search company in the UK. She is therefore well versed in both international and national HR issues; having seen the challenges facing those seeking to operate, recruit and find employment in South Sudan, she is keen to provide effective services to help. Gladys is from South Sudan and completed her bachelors and masters degrees in the USA. She worked in the Health and Nutrition area for almost four years in the USA before she decided to return home to work with UNICEF in South Sudan. While with UNICEF, she provided technical support and assistance to the state ministry of health and other partners in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the health and nutrition projects. In addition, she has rich experience in the recruitment of qualified professionals in newly established programs and filling of vacant positions in the humanitarian sector across South Sudan. Ryan has significant experience in the private sector in post conflict countries in Africa and in South Sudan specifically. He has previously successfully established a company in South Sudan and hired staff across many states in the country. He understands the difficulties in finding and hiring the right person for a position in this challenging labor market and HR issues faced by many organizations and companies.
