Imatong Employment Solutions (IES) is a boutique South Sudanese human resources company, registered and operating in South Sudan since 2015. We were established in response to a clear need to strengthen the human resources sector in South Sudan and have since grown into a regional HR partner, with active operations in South Sudan and Sudan and plans to serve other neighbouring countries such as the Democratic Republic of Congo and Chad.
We provide quality, holistic HR services to businesses, organisations and job seekers, making HR processes easier, more transparent, fair and respectful for all. Our work is firmly rooted in local labour markets and cultures, with a strong emphasis on supporting local talent and modelling positive, dignified HR practice.
Our vision is to contribute to the transformation of the human resources landscape in South Sudan and the wider region by reducing the challenges of recruitment and HR management for our clients, and by supporting fair and transparent HR practices that help job seekers develop their skills and find roles where they can thrive in positive working environments.
