Imatong Employment Solutions conducted an independent assessment of the South Sudan NGO Forum Internship Programme in December 2025. The programme connected 154 recent South Sudanese graduates to four‑month placements across departments including Finance, HR, Logistics, MEAL, Communications, IT, and Procurement, helping to boost employability and strengthen the local workforce. It was implemented in partnership with 57 host organisations (32 INGOs and 25 NNGOs). Read the summary report [here].
