Imatong Employment Solutions (IES) is a boutique South Sudanese human resource company, registered and operating since 2015, with growing work across the wider region including Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Established in response to the need for stronger, fairer and more effective human resource services, IES supports businesses, organisations and job seekers through quality, holistic HR solutions. We aim to make recruitment and people management easier, more transparent, respectful and practical for all.
While we are rooted in South Sudan, our vision is regional. We work with employers and job seekers to deliver high-quality HR services that are tailored to context, centred on local talent, and grounded in professionalism, integrity and respect.
Our goal is to help organisations build strong teams, improve HR systems and foster positive workplace practices that support both employers and employees alike.
